Resolved Question: How do we get married on a midtour and get me set up in Army? Would I have to move to his last duty station?

My fiance is stationed in Kuwait for 2 years. We want to get married duing one of his 2 week mid-tours. I live in Washington DC, and his last duty station was in Augusta GA. He's a 30 yr old Captain and I'm a 30 y.o Nurse. My job is flexible and I can work anywhere. My question is this: Once all the paperwork is done and we are married, Would I have to move to Augusta? He's not DEPLOYED, he's actually STATIONED in Kuwait. Would we get BAH for me to live in the DC area, or would it be based on his last duty station? Anything anyone can tell me would be of great benefit!! Ok, so basically after your anwer (which I cannot say how much I appreciate!) Here is my watered down question. He will not be back until June 2010. Would I be able to stay in DC? Would I go on his insurance etc?
