Resolved Question: UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX?

I currently attend University of Phoenix (on-line) in Augusta, Ga. I am going for my B.A. in Inofrmation Technology/Web Development. I changed my major from Multi-media,Visual Communication to Software Engineering to what I am majoring in now. I did this to avoid on-line classes. I was told I would be in clasa and as time progressed I was told I had to go on-line due to not enough students majoring in the same field. They have recently gon up tremendously in the tuition fee and this is costing me too much money to only be in a class on-line five weeks.
